We did it,
We finally took our honeymoon on our 1st year anniversary. We're thinking of making it a tradition to take a vacation each year for our anniversary. What better way to relax and share our love for one another then to spend a week together :)
We went to Mayan Riviera Mexicio and stayed at the Grand Riviera {Sunset} Princess. The most besutiful resort. The staff was super friendly, We even managed to convince the front desk to upgrade us {for free} to a honeymoon suite. Even though they have a 30 days after wedding policy. I must add the resort is huge and we got upgraded to the platinum section which is waaaaay at the back of the resort {but close to the beach}, very secluded and private. They do run small shuttles to take you back there if your not up for the 10 minute walk. There was so much nature and wild life to see during the walk. I'll let the pictures do the rest of the talking.
